Most important terms

1. Night stay: check-in 11:00, check-out 10:00 the following morning.
2. Day outing: check-in 11:00, check-out 18:00.
3. Juices, soda, packaged drinking water and soft drinks are charged extra as per consumption. Aquaguard water is provided for drinking.
4. Children above 5 years are charged at the applicable rates.
5. Swimming costumes are mandatory for use of the pool. The pool closes at 19:00.
6. A list of the names of all guests must be provided at reception for security purposes.
7. For chairs, tables, umbrellas or general decorator items, please contact reception.

Conditions of stay

• All guests must present valid, government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence, national ID card) at check-in. Failure to provide acceptable ID may result in denied access to accommodation without refund, as required by local regulations and resort security policy.
• Foreign nationals must submit a copy of their passport and travel documents on arrival.
• A copy of photo identity may be retained in our records. The resort reserves the right to refuse admission without such identity.
• Outside catering and outside food are not permitted.
• Air conditioning will be off during load shedding.
• All musical programmes must be held indoors. Resort management controls the volume if it is audible outside the allotted hall. Prior permission is mandatory for any event or programme, and ₹4,000 is charged for generator-supplied power to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• All bills must be settled before check-out.
• Payments are to be made in favour of "The Frozen Garden Village Resort".
• Any breakage or damage will be charged.
• Playing football is strictly prohibited on the lawn.
• All entertainment activity at the poolside requires written permission from the resort and must be intimated in advance.
• No outside firework display is allowed on the premises.
• The resort provides normal lighting at the event venue. Event organisers must arrange any extra power requirements, cables and wiring.
• Police permission, extra security and any other legal permits are to be arranged by the organiser.
• No refund will be made under any circumstances arising out of natural calamity or factors beyond our control.
• Guests are requested to be appropriately attired while using the swimming pool and sports facilities.

Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the advance stated at the time of booking. The balance and any extras are settled at the resort before check-out. All quoted charges are inclusive of GST. Until an advance is received, a quotation is a proposal only and no space is held.
